National Wellbeing Alliance
Project Overview

The National Wellbeing Alliance needed more than a website refresh. They needed a platform that reflected their scale, influence, and community impact. Their existing identity lacked professionalism and clarity. Despite delivering vital education and support programs to vulnerable communities, their online presence made it difficult for partners, funders, and even communities to understand their breadth of work. There was no brand strategy in place, and the content was fragmented. The challenge was to create an experience that positioned National Wellbeing Society as a leading, culturally responsive organisation, empowering community leaders, not just delivering programs.
My Role

- Led the project across discovery, design, content, and post-launch support - Collaborated with the client to define structure, messaging, and user flow - Designed all pages in Figma and built the site in WordPress - Refined content and storytelling with ChatGPT and cultural sensitivity in mind - Implemented GA4, SEO, and Looker Studio dashboards for post-launch performance
Tools & Skills

- Design & UX: Figma (wireframes, page structure, visual design) - Content: UX writing, information architecture, brand storytelling (including content refinement with ChatGPT) - CMS & Analytics: WordPress CMS structure, SEO metadata, GA4 event tracking, Looker Studio dashboards (in progress) - Collaboration: Client comms, cultural sensitivity, solo project ownership - Soft Skills: Stakeholder discovery, empathy-driven UX, content planning
