Ringway
Project Overview

Ringway approached us with a major challenge — their online presence didn’t reflect who they were. Despite a strong reputation and decades of experience in industrial control systems, their branding and website felt outdated, generic, and untrustworthy. It was hurting confidence with potential clients and partners. Our goal was to reposition Ringway as a trusted, innovative, and reliable Australian engineering company, and give them the confidence to share their site again.
My Role

- Led the project across strategy, design, content, and implementation - Managed client communication, scope, and delivery timeline - Designed the brand identity and complete website UI/UX - Built the website in WordPress using scalable custom components - Collaborated on messaging, SEO, and CMS usability
Tools & Skills

- Design & UX: Figma (wireframes, design system, UI), Illustrator (logo design) - CMS: WordPress (custom block implementation) - Content: SEO metadata, tone of voice alignment, brand-led messaging - Collaboration: ClickUp (project tracking), fortnightly client video calls - Soft Skills: Client leadership, stakeholder comms, cross-functional collaboration
