Project Overview
WEA Co set out to build a modern, accessible online presence that could serve three distinct education brands — WEA Co (the parent organisation), WEA Illawarra Community College, and Novo Education. Each needed its own voice and structure while maintaining a consistent identity aligned with the new WEA Co brand. The goal was to design and implement a cohesive, user-friendly experience that allowed each site to stand alone while aligning visually and structurally under the new WEA Co identity. The websites needed to reflect WEA’s mission of inclusive, alternative learning — supporting those underserved by traditional education.
My Role
- Co-led the brand rollout and design across three distinct but connected sites - Created wireframes, content structure, and full UI designs for WEA Co and Novo Education - Handled stakeholder communication, timelines, and creative approvals - Collaborated on messaging, UX writing, and content clarity for diverse audiences - Implemented SEO, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio dashboards for post-launch performance
